We are partnering with Jonestown Pharmacy to offer a FREE Fall Vaccine Clinic here at the church!
Vaccines available include:
* Flu
* COVID-19
* Pneumonia
* Shingles
* RSV
There is NO COST to participate and vaccines will be administered right here at the church by pharmacy professionals.
If you would like to receive a vaccine, please complete the required consent form located in the narthex or on our website and return it to the church office or via email: admin@disciplesofchrist.com; by September 23rd!
